Please arrive at your appointment with clean dry, tangle-free hair. If you have been treating at home please make sure all the residue from those treatments has been removed.
Reschedule/Cancellation Policy
Your business is very important to us, and this appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change, so we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or rescheduled with 4 hours notice.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are unable to assist another family in need of our services.
Appointment Confirmation Policy
Appointments must be confirmed no later than the morning of the scheduled visit. Any unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation at our discretion within 2 hours of appointment time.
Late Policy
We do not have a built-in grace period, so we kindly ask that you plan to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment start time. We do understand that occasionally life can be unpredictable. If you think you are going to be late, please call or text to let us know.
Deposit Policy
Appointments may require a deposit that will be requested at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable; however, the deposit amount will be applied to services at kept appointment. No-shows and those appointments not rescheduled within the stated time frame forfeit the amount and a new deposit will be required for a future booking.
Guarantee and Re-Treat Policy
To avoid cross-contamination in the home (which the CDC ranks the #1 source of lice) ALL females and ALL children in the household must be checked for lice and nits to receive the 30-day guarantee (even boys with short/buzzed hair). Lice can live on 1/8 inch of hair. Dad does not need to be checked for the guarantee UNLESS his hair is below the ears or if his spouse is positive. If an individual is positive, they must be treated to receive the guarantee. All family members must be seen within 24 hours for the guarantee to apply.
We offer $10 recheck head checks within 30 days of receiving a treatment or head check. Though not required, many opt to book these during the 30-day period for peace of mind. We recommend booking at least 7-10 days after the initial treatment.
FAMILY SCREENINGS
All family/household members need to be screened and treated, if necessary, for the head lice service re-treatment policy to be valid.
HEAD LICE SERVICE RE-TREATMENT POLICY COVERS
Our treatment has been proven effective 99.2% of the time, we stand behind our work. We cannot promise there will be no re-infestation, so we must keep our policy to 30-day service re-treatment. Based on the lice life cycle we can determine if the treatment had failed (which happens less than 1% of the time).
LICE PROTECTION PLAN
We offer a low-cost option for Lice Insurance! If your family qualifies for the guarantee, you can purchase a plan for as low as $10 or $20 a month and receive up to 12 head checks a year and 2 free treatments (value $670). Visit our staff at your appointment about this savings plan! Unfortunately, lice can be prevalent during school age years and our plans help you avoid large, unexpected treatment costs.
HEAD LICE SERVICE RE-TREATMENT POLICY LENGTH
Under the above conditions, our Signature AirAllé Treatment is valid for 30 days. In the unlikely event of a treatment failure, we will re-treat you at no cost.

Additional Charges
Some cases may require additional time to be able to complete the treatment process. Individuals with a severe infestation or when the hair is very long, thick, or textured could require extra time and therefore additional charges would apply. Most cases do not require extra time. Your technician will assess this at the beginning of the appointment and discuss all options.
